  • Honey Crisp

    We craft this hard cider with honeycrisp apples and add a touch of local honey to provide a bit more sweetness. This semi-sweet hard cider is crisp, sweet/tart and juicy. Just close your eyes and enjoy drinking a honeycrisp apple.

  • Oak Hill Blend

    We started giving out samples of our original hard cider, Oak Hill Blend, under a tent at the farm during apple harvest in the fall of 2017, and customers loved it! Using apple varieties grown in our Oak Hill Road orchard, this hard cider is authentically apple forward and semi-sweet.

  • Simply Dry

    Early on, our hard cider customers started asking for a less sweet option, so we came up with this one! Simply Dry isn't like most "farm ciders." We use a select Belgian yeast when fermenting this year-round cider to make it refreshingly dry and thirst quenching with a surprisingly clean and soft appley finish.

    Think of liquid apple pie. We start with a slightly drier version of Oak Hill Blend and add an apple pie spice mix. Just enough spice, just enough apple, just enough sweet.

    We grow 13 varieties of peaches at the orchard and people have been asking us to make a peach hard cider so here it is! This cider is named after, and released in time for, our annual Peach Festival harvest celebration in August. This hard cider has a fruit forward taste that is nicely balanced between apple and peach.

    Years ago, the Carlson brothers planted a few thousand rare hard cider apple trees. They envisioned an heirloom hard cider using these bittersweet and bitter sharp apples.   • Honeycrisp

    Carlson Orchards has been growing Honeycrisp apples since 2001. One of the most popular apples to eat, the Honeycrisp apple is tart, sweet and exceptionally juicy which makes it great for pressing into cider. For this varietal cider, we strictly use these mature Honeycrisp apples, no other apples are in the mix. Since we only use Honeycrisp, drinking this cider will guarantee that delicious, crisp taste.

  • Gala

    Gala apples have become the most grown and consumed apples across the USA. They are a descendent of Cox’s Orange Pippin, Kidd’s Orange Red and both Red and Golden Delicious which make them sweet and crunchy. Much like our Honeycrisp Apple Cider, we only use Gala apples in this varietal sweet cider to deliver that real Gala apple taste.
